A little way northeast of Charing Cross, the
Botanical Garden laid out in 1847 by gardeners from London's Kew Gardens,
consists of many hectares of immaculate lawns, lily ponds and beds, with
more than a thousand variety of shrubs, flowers and trees. The garden also
consists of varieties of tree species, variety of ferns, fashioned beds
laid out in an Italian style, grass carpet, multi coloured flowering
plants, house ferns and orchids and nurseries. |
