Feedback:	DEAR PRAMOD DEAR URMILA, First of all I would like to thank you for the services you gave us during our 14 days trip in India. All members of the group are very satisfied with this Voyages and some even told me that this was our best vacation ever. All of them are now spreading the news and I hope we can repeat this excellent experience with another Group in the future. Regardless the success we had thanks to you I would like to give you some comments. Maddan was a very good Tour leader but I think he is a little bit tiered now from 28 years (he told us) travelling around. He鈥檚 French is good but sometimes we had difficulties to understand him but all this is not important due people liked him very much. The coach was the big surprise for me. I told you in the beginning and I saw slicly better buses on the road but not big differences. Only Volvo has now better material. (if you have the chance to work with my friend in NY you have to give the best available coach) No any comments to the historical part of our trip because this is the most exiting part of the trip for everybody. Even for the people who travelled the second time to Rajasthan. Hotels Hans is just for 1 day no more. Jaypee Palace was the best beside Taj Hari in Jodpur 颅 Exiting Hotels with excellent services. We regret that we couod not stay longer. Country Inn is a typical American style Hotel and we did not like it much. As you know we had problems with Twins but I could arrange with some suites. Noisy also and foot the first day was very very spicy and people didn鈥檛 like this. Second eve was better and staff was now with big attention to our grp. Jagat Palace is a very nice Hotel and poeple liked it very much. Dining room is a real Palace. Rockwood palace is an excellent Hotel, Indian style with modern inside but the staff in the new management was not at all friendly and professional. I faced problems in the dining room 1 evening where I presented me just after arrival telling that we come 20h30 but not enough seats available. Anyway I want make a drama out of it but all the other services where like this. Porter, reception very unfriendly. To pay the extras took at least 10 minutes each. Not at all standard of this category. We had just an unforgettable stay in Udaipur due to Holi celebrations at City palace. We went there in the evening with 19 person and participated on the ceremony of the Maharana and he鈥檚 family. What an experience.!!!!! Some of us are now on the official internet page of the evening checking hands with the Maharana and he鈥檚 son. Port Aguada Resort. On arrival I was a little bit disappointed due the Hotel is old and you see it everywhere. Roofs are with big holes in the mean building, all installations around the swimming pool are dirty and old. Pool chairs and bed鈥檚 are with an plastic cover who looks like used 1000 times. Anyway I stop here but this Hotel need a refreshing very soon otherwise it becomes unusable. But the positive point of this Hotel is the staff which was the best all around. From the reception until the pool master, first class. The Maitre de Hotel came to see me on arrival, we discussed 5 minutes and from this moment we got a very special treatment from all staff of the three restaurants. The first evening we had Buffet but then the chef came to see me and proposed a la carte. I accepted with pleasure and we had the best foot and treatment you can have as a group. You know how French are with the foot and this was nearly to much. Quality and Quantity and even presentation of the plates where excellent. The last evening we had dinner at the sea foot restaurant of the Hotel and many people has taken the opportunity to eat lobster (with a small suppl) Please give my comment to the management and thank them one more time for this unforgettable stay. I think I don鈥檛 need to tell you how disappointed we were from the Beach near the Hotel. Due to this rotten ship the Beach is totally unusable near the Hotel and you cannot swim in the sea. What I regret a little bit is when you go outside of the Hotel to reach there private Beach which is nice, you have to walk in the dust to reach the small Beach. I know that the Hotel is not responsible for this small way but could do something to clean it up from time to time, the same for the private Beach. This are no critics but comments. Some people told me that finally the government has decided to take of this rotten ship after 10 years and Beach could come back to old shape. This is really necessary for tourisms and especially for this Hotel which is situated at the worst part of the deformed Beach of Goa. We will keep this trip in our mind for long time and I hope we can repeat this with you. Within some days we will put the Itinerary on our web to promote this itinerary for the future. Feedback:	Hi Urmila, Michael Atkins and I, Sandra Diethelm, booked a tour through Rajasthan through you (arrival in Delhi 24 Oct 2009). We did provide you with good feedback but I would like to take the opportunity to expand on it because it was my best holiday ever! I would love to do it again or a similar tour tomorrow! Just had a browse through your webpage to get some inspiration :) I knew that India was my favorite destination because I had been there before with an group organised through a Swiss agency - big coach tour (when I lived in Switzerland). My boyfriend was however not excited with the idea traveling through India. He agreed to come along because it was my turn to organise a holiday for us :). He absolutely loved it like I did and I am so please about that. He reason he loved it is not only because of the beauty of the places in India but also because of the well organised tour. The driver was very humble and made a big difference to our experience. There was nothing he missed and made it a very comfortable and safe 2200km drive (his name is Vijai). Most of the tour guides were well spoken and educated and the two we had that did not work out, Service International took action straight away. For example, our guide in Fadipur Sikri did not work out and we would have had this guy also for Agra. Our drive took a strong interest in what was not working out and you took action on it immediately. We were allocated a guide which turned out to be our best for the whole tour! The best guide for the most important site the Tai Majal is what finished our tour absolutely beautifully. We love the tour from start to end with everything included and am so happy that I found your services on the web through google search. Your value for money is excellent and I have already recommended it to a friend who's looking at going to India. PS: The rooms and service in the Hotel Laxmi Niwas Palace in Bikaner were not very special BUT the hotel room are absolutely magnificent and I would not have missed to stay there. I later found out that the hotel is well known internationally for its heritage. Thank you for including this hotel in your tour. I believe it firstly looked as if it was booked out but you kept looking into getting a room for us there. Thank you so much for that. Might talk again sometimes in the future for another tour!! Only one think we are still curious about. What is a fair tip for a tour guide? Half day tour and Full day tour? You gave us a guide for the driver and we topped it a bit. Feedback:	Dear Monica, I am just sending a quick Email to express my thanks for organizing our first trip to India. The whole holiday has been absolutely fantastic. From the moment your representative greeted us at Delhi airport on 13th August, until another representative was on hand to ensure a smooth departure my wife and I have had a wonderful time. All the guides provided were of the highest quality, especially in Agra. Hotels were very much better than expected as were the food and restaurants. I must admit I did expect to lose a little weight with the change of diet, but somehow I managed to put on 5-6 pounds. Our very special thanks must go to Verma, who was much more than a driver. He made the whole holiday so enjoyable throughout. His excellent capability behind the steering wheel meant that we were never nervous in his company whilst on the road. His willingness to provide such an excellent service was really appreciated. His smile, manner and eagerness to please will be sorely missed. He must certainly be the number 1 driver in the whole of India. At the start of the trip we did not know him at all but by the end he had become a friend, who we hope to see again in the not too distant future. We are already talking about returning to spend a second visit to India and will certainly be using your company to make the arrangements that is providing we have Verma as our driver. He is proactive and follows up closely on all important matters. Hotels: All the hotels we stayed in Delhi (Crowne Plaza & Svelte Suites), Jaipur (Meridian) & Agra(Jaypee Palace) were fantastic. We had 03 deluxe rooms with hearty american breakfast that provided us a great night sleep and a good start for each new day. Transport: We had a AC Tempo traveler for 06 pax for the entire 07 days tour. The vehicle was perfect & spacious and special thanks to Mr. Singh for his marvellous driving over long distances. He was very helpful and a careful driver who always made us feel safe. We had a wonderful trip and I just wanted to thank you and Monica for your efforts in organizing it. The people that we dealt with everywhere that we went were most helpful and did all that they could to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay. The hotels were all very good. The tours were for the most part very good and would be even better if the seemingly mandatory shopping trip at the end was not a part of them however this was not a particular issue although I expect we broke some retailers hearts by not buying very much:) We were very pleased to have the opportunity to do our trip to India this year after the unfortunate circumstances of my father\'s death last year that caused our last minute cancellation. During our trip we met many travel assistants and each of them was very helpful as they helped to us to organize activities even in the cases when these were beyond the originally planned program. From all we would like to especially mention your travel agent in Varanasi who took us to the airport from where we should fly to Khajuraho. Despite of we told him to do not wait with us when we had the boarding passes, he suddenly appeared as soon as the flight got canceled and helped us with changing the flight operator. We were also generally happy with all local guides. They have demonstrated very good English and knowledge of the visited sites. Especially our guide in Khajuraho had great talent explaining to us many things about religion and life in India in very understandable way. We felt in love with Nepal, which charmingly combines beautiful nature with very nice people and mixture of religions. All services we got in this country were absolutely perfect. Great experience for us was watching the way how locals in India/Nepal are driving. Although for Europeans this may look crazy, we felt very safe with all your drivers. Above all we would like to thank to Awtar Singh, who was our driver from Agra to Delhi. He was real customer oriented professional, very helpful, speaking good English and very nice and honest person. You are very lucky having staff like he is. From our trip we brought home many souvenirs, which will keep reminding us this fantastic journey and also your company. We are traveling quite often and we have seen many countries around the world but we have never ever met such a good services as those provided by your agency. While on the way, we were always nicely surprised by your phonecals questioning our satisfaction. Feedback:	Dear Urmila, Now that we\'re at home, relaxed and able to fully remember our trip in India, I\'d like to send some additional comments about the services you\'ve provided. Here there are: The overall evaluation of your services is: GOOD. We accomplished our objectives and with good quality. Also price/performance indicator is good and your support during all the trip, both from your representatives and also the drivers, was also very valuable. I should send an specific acknowledgment for Sukhi: a very good driver, friendly man and able to provide tourist guidance to the travellers. So, keep him as he\'s of high value for your company. Hotels were in general very good, as expected, but need to make some specific comments: -As said during the planification of the trip, your classification is one start higher to the European standards, so your 5* hotels are 4* for us, your 4* are 3*, and so. -Svelte rooms are large and good, nice for the people that want to stay in the hotel but not for people that wants to visit a city, as this hotel is quite far from the city center. -Inder residency was still being built, nice hotel but somehow uncomfortable due to the works around. Internal transports (train). I know this is not your fault, but the train quality was very unsatisfactory, as your categories are also hyper-evaluatted, comparing to Europe. Then, the \"First class\" wagon was close to a \"Third class\" European railway. About guides, this was the worst experience for us: in general they\'re not very fluid in Spanish, but enough. The issue here is with their historical/cultural level: too low and not fitting our expectations. We toke more profit of the trip while we were reading the books and not using any person guide. They spend a few time visiting monuments and showed most of their interest in carrying us to shopping (\"crafts museums\"). So, our experience here was not so good and we think it had been better not to take any guide during the trip. As said before, the overall evaluation is: GOOD and we understand that most of the faults we found during the trip were based in the idiosyncrasy of this nice country, India. But don\'t worry, I will definitively recommend your services to my friend planning to travel to India. Best regards

Many months ago I planned a visit to India and during that time found your website and made contact. The initial response from yourself was positive and engaging and the planning began, and now on my return I would like to thank you for your service and time in making our Visit to India a very memorable one. Delhi: Having spent 8-9 hours on the plane and arrive in Delhi to see your representative waiting for us at the Airport was a very welcoming sight, and the drive to the Hotel Svelte and interesting introduction to India. The Hotel and its facilities were fantastic and in line with the standard expected. The tour guide in Delhi was brilliant and we had a wonderful time both with him and on our own around Delhi, especially busy because of 鈥� Dewalli 鈥�. Kathmandu: Again met at the airport and delivered to the Hotel, which was a wonderful experience of great service and very interesting people, along with a touch of older architecture. Again the Tour the following day around 鈥� Durbar 鈥� square was interesting and spectacular, with the different culture from India. Varanasi:- Meet at the Airport by a wonderful representative and driver who looked after us for our stay of 3 days. The 鈥� Ganges 鈥� was an inspiration and mix of sights and sounds one will not forget. The representative was wonderful and waited with us at the railway station for over 90 mins because of the delay in the overnight train to Agra. Can I say he was a wonderful gentleman and a big thank you to him for our time there, if you could pass this on please. The Hotel Ramada, was again an exceptional Hotel. Agra: Fantastic overnight train journey, which gave us some decent sleep and on arrival at Agra, again met by your representative and a fabulous driver to transfer us to the Hotel Jaypee Palace, which without a doubt was an exceptional Hotel and a shame we had only one night there. The following days tour of the Taj Mahal, was without a doubt the most impressive sight I have seen in all my years travelling. Also again a big thank you to our guide who was exceptional. Juipur: The following day the same driver transferred us to the Hotel Mannsingh in Jaipur and gave us a chance to see India on the road, an enjoyable experience. ( One point on the Hotel, of all Hotels we were placed in this was by far the worst. You may like to re-think about using this for the 4 star Hotel package in the future, while the people in general were good, the hotel in general was a bit tacky and dirty when viewed against the others, which were all fantastic highly rated Hotels. ) Jaipur itself was a modern interesting place to visit and the Amber Fort along with the Elephant ride will be the other main memory along with the Taj, that I will remember for a long time. Please pass on my thanks again to guide and driver who were both fantastic . Our driver then along with a local guide transferred us to the Airport for our flight to Goa, the following day. Feedback:	Dear Urmila, I m back in USA after expending some time in your wonderful country. I would like to share with you a few comments regarding the services you provided to us : Hotels : With the exception of the Abu Palace in Chennai, all the hotels were OK and up to our expectations. In the case of Abu Palace we found a run down hotel, with poor services and maintenance. Golden Triangle Tour : This was an excellent experience overall. Our driver was very good, friendly and cooperative. Regarding the guides, the one in Agra ( Mr Ali ) was really outstanding; he did a very good job, was friendly, an expert in the places we visited, he gave us enough time to enjoy the places etc Our guide in Jaipur was more commercially oriented and not so good; he took us to 3 different places where we could buy things ( stones, silk, handicrafts ) what was more than 50% of the time of the tour. We were quite disappointed with this behaviour The lady that guided us in Dehli was cooperative when we asked her to change the destinations, as we had seen already some of the places included. She offered interesting alternatives and we appreciated that attitude. Her performance at the places we visited was not that good, as she seemed to be tired or uninterested in what was doing. Transfers at the airports : All these worked perfectly well. As promised I send you my remarks concerning the hotels we had City Hotels HaridwarHotel Haveli Hari Ganga => very good :situation on border of Ganga, rooms, food, service etc... As it is in a pedestrian area the hotel provides a rickshaw for the baggages at the MussorieHotel Kasmanda Palace => rooms quite good, service very slow.The personal does not respect the timing negotiated. The hotel is an a pedestrian zone (20/25 minutes walk with baggages) but the hotel does not provide any help from the parking stop. The hotel has only a car (if available) at the beginning of the small street climbing to the hotel. It is really a big problem when the personal of the hotel does not respect the timing for breakfast, because the driver cannot wait at the parking stop (it is just a drop place) . As the breakfast was not ready on time, we had to call the driver to delay his arrival at the meeting place. Chandigarh Hotel K C Cross Roads : ok, good service , good rooms ShimlaHotel Pine View : very simple, but very good food and clean ManaliHotel Snowcrest Manor : ok, good service , good rooms but not central (far from center) and difficult to find. Dharamsala Hotel Surya Resort : not recommended at all, most of the deluxe rooms have to be repaired. There is always something broken. Only the hall at the reception is perfect. (we changed 2 times for one room) Dalhousie Amritsar Hotel Ishan Villa : too far from the city. Once you arrive in the hotel, there is nothing to do around it because except the hospital in front of it, you find nothing Ganganagar Hotel Pagoda : good level for a 2 star hotel. Good restaurant at the basement. Hotel and rooms very clean. Personal helpful Bikaner Bhanwar Niwas Palace.: nice rooms, service slow Nawalgarh Palace Roopniwas Palace : ok . Siliserh - Siliserh : very good located on border of lake but a lot of rooms in bad shape. Only de luxe AC rooms can eventually be booked. Food : not tasty. Avoid standard rooms, even AC (we changed 2 times for one room) Take care mado

Mr. Pyare Lal was a good choice for driver in such a trip. He always found the right road and we very much appreciated his personality, his interests in seeing new things, his honest support during our travel. He even could find Sarod Ghar Music Museum in Gwalior, and that was no easy feat! 2) Some comments to the hotels.Hotel K K Royal days , Jaipur correct middle level tourist hotel,Hotel Nawal Sagar palace / Bundi nice family hotel, we enjoyed the warm hospitality of the owners. The place is not big, they have 3 rooms now but enough place for constructing a new wing.Hotel Landmark Fortune ,Indore , comfortable profi business hotel, - but do not trust they meat-dishes! Many weddings are there, and half prepared food may be left over for days. There I was sick for 3 days.Hotel Noor-Us-Sabah Palace,Bhopal ,very pleasant place with nice view Hotel Shiv Puri / Tourist Village , nicely designed tourist village,but needs some urgent repair (e.g. roof tiles) Hotel Bundelkhand Riverside ,Orchha, outside the village, old building modernized some 30 years before, gloomy depressing rooms and outdated installations. It should be modernized afresh. This place we left for Orcha Resort (for which paid directly). Orcha Resort is more expensive but nicely situated and is a far more pleasant place.Hotel Holiday Inn ,comfortable and business-like for mass tourism Hotel Florence Inn, New Delhi, correct business / tourist hotel. 3) Places which we visited Bundi has sightseeing for a whole day.Indore is a big modern town with little to look at but a good base for day-trips visiting Omkaneshwar, Maheshwar, and Mandu. All are worth for a visit. Bhopal has nice museums and a Sanchi is unique place and is only 50 km.Shivpuri with the chatris was good for a night. Jhansi Fort is a nice park now. There are many good sightseeings in Orcha and all are in walking distance. Datia has an impressing old palace to see. Gwalior is very much worth a day but we only had a stop there.Altogether: our program was rich and good and we enjoyed very much being out of the main trail of the tourist hordes for many days. May we meet us next year again. OVERALL ORGANIZATION : Impeccable DRIVER: Harwat is excellent, professsional, friendly and discrete at the same time. He is a real asset. GUIDES: All were good. The ones in Udaipur and in Delhi were very good. HOTELS: All good rooms and good service, in accordance with their category.The only negative comments regard The Jaisalmer Heritage Inn. The hotel has a charming garden with swimming pool, a very good restaurant, very good service and large rooms.
