The food of Rajasthan due to the arid and desert conditions comprises of a
lot of dried vegetables. The use of Dried fruit, Pulses and Gram flour is
also abundant. Meat delicacies also are incomparable as Rajasthan is a
princely state where hunting was a royal pastime. The meat and fowl hunted
in the forest was a part of the royal cuisine. Perhaps the best known
Rajasthani food is the combination of dal, bati and churma but for the
